The HCL Notes groupware system (formerly ‘IBM Notes’ or ‘Lotus Notes’) has been in use at Montanuni since 1998. The following services, amongst others, are managed via this system:

  • Call Centre database – ticket system for user enquiries
  • Email
  • Custom business databases (address database, quotation database, occupational safety database, etc.)
  • Calendar
  • Registration database for internal training courses

How do I get the HCL Notes Client?

If you wish to install the native HCL Notes client (Windows, macOS), you must create a ticket via the following link: ict.unileoben.ac.at/allgemeines/ticket-erstellen.
