As soon as an employment relationship with MUL exists, the person's master data is also transferred to MUonline the next day. The respective institute's MUonline representative is responsible for creating a PIN code. With this PIN code, it is then possible to create an account, and the system will assign a user name (pxxxxxxx).
The secretariat or the IT officer requests an email account via the link ict.unileoben.ac.at/allgemeines/ticket-erstellen. Once the email address has been set up, the access data is sent to the secretariat or the IT officer. The call centre contacts the user to arrange an appointment for the HCL Notes email programme to be installed on their computer.
If the department’s website is already integrated into the University of Leoben’s CMS (Content Management System), the secretariat or IT officer can apply for a CMS account via the link ict.unileoben.ac.at/allgemeines/ticket-erstellen. Requests regarding the migration of the website should also be submitted via the ticket system.
The master data of a new employee and the assignment to the organisational unit are entered by the personnel department.
Once the master data has been entered and the new employee appears in MUonline, the MUonline administrator can assign a PIN code. This code can be used to activate the MUonline account.
