Technical University of Leoben is consolidating the separate M365 environments – unified services, improved security, and simpler collaboration between staff and students.
Please send important emails to students by 13.05.2026 so they can be read in time.
Students are temporarily not reachable via Microsoft services during the migration weekend.
| Wed, 13 May, 8 PM: Start of migration – the student area in M365 will be locked; students no longer reachable via Teams | |
| Sun, 17 May: Old student mail system will be locked – emails to students will now be delivered to M365 | |
| Mon, 18 May, 9 AM: Students are fully reachable again via M365, Teams, and email |
From Monday, 18.05.2026 9 AM, all Microsoft online services for students will again be fully available. Sharing, meetings, and links can then be used as usual or set up anew.
