For this purpose, the previous system (studmail.unileoben.ac.at) remains temporarily available from 18.05.

Your previous links change from studunileobenacat-my.sharepoint.com to unileobenacat-my.sharepoint.com. As a result, old links in emails, chats, or documents may no longer work. Please create new links and update important documents or pages.

Due to the change, all students receive a new account. Therefore, sharing permissions (e.g., for fellow students) must be set again once. Please recreate any links you have shared and send them again.

Please sign out of your OneDrive clients and connect again with the new account. Important: Choose the same local folder as before to avoid duplicate files. Brief duplicates that appear will resolve themselves after a few minutes.

Existing Teams meetings unfortunately cannot be transferred. Please reschedule future and recurring meetings. Please review your Teams and settings once. Shared channels must be recreated – older content is available as an archive.
