The ICT department at Montanuniversität Leoben uses the AnyDesk Remote Desktop Client for remote maintenance to provide rapid support and for installations. This system is operated entirely on the servers of Montanuniversität. No data leaves the university network and is transmitted fully encrypted.

How to use the Remote Desktop Client:

  1. The device must be connected to the internet.
  2. The Remote Desktop Client from AnyDesk must be installed on the device and started.
  3. As soon as the AnyDesk Remote Desktop Client is started, it generates a number. Please pass this number on to the ICT staff so that they can establish a connection with you.
  4. Once the remote maintenance is complete and the connection is disconnected, you can remove the AnyDesk Remote Desktop Client from your system.
